Ferrari FXX

History

Ferrari invented the format with the FXX (2005): the Enzo's architecture developed past every road-and-racing rulebook — the V12 toward 800 horsepower, the aero-and-telemetry laboratory the client tier's track days fed back into Maranello's engineering — sold to the invited ~30 owners under the Corse Clienti covenant: factory custody (the cars living at Maranello between the programme's calendar events, the works transporters delivering the experience), the Evoluzione package's continuing development, and the ownership format (access more than possession) that every XX chapter since inherited.

The programme's content was genuine development: the FXX fleet's telemetry feeding Maranello's engineering (the client laboratory's data cited in the era's road-car programmes), the Evoluzione package's continuing upgrades rewarding the covenant's members, and the format's economics — development funded by its beneficiaries — the industrial logic the XX pattern productised.
