This car has an extensive race history since being converted to a race car in the 1970s. It has been raced up and down the West Coast, including Riverside, Orange County, Laguna, Willow Springs, Thunder Hill, Portland, Seattle, Spokane, and Mission B.C. (Racing logbooks are available from the 1980s on.)  The car underwent a full restoration in 2000-2001, and has been run full-time in the Pacific Northwest with SOVREN since then.

Engine components: First generation Dart block, King steel crankshaft, Comp cam and lifters, Edelbrock Victor Jr. intake, Dart pro cast iron cylinder heads, MSD distributor, Holley HP750 carburetor
Transmission: Original close ratio, 4 speed, with Hurst Competition Plus shifter
Rear End: Original Dana 44 with a 3:54 POSI
Brakes: 4 wheel disc brakes with 3 piston Jag calipers, custom 10 X 1¼  front rotors
Wheels: Panasport racing wheels with Hoosier 205/60/13 tires
