Description
This BMW 2.5-liter S14B inline-four was built by European Performance of Wilmington, Delaware, approximately two years ago and was subsequently installed in my BMW 2002 and removed in preparation for the sale. The engine features a 2.5-liter Sport Evo-style block, a ported cylinder head, dual-overhead Schrick camshafts, VAC Motorsports 11:1 pistons, and bored 48mm throttle bodies. Additional details include an orange-finished intake plenum and valve cover with “BMW M Power” lettering. The Getrag 245 five-speed gearbox has been modified to mate with the S14, and the package includes a Sport Evo-style flywheel, a Bosch Motronic control module sourced from a 1987 M3, wiring, custom-fabricated exhaust components, and ancillary equipment.
