EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

Originally built as a 1976 model year Porsche 911 S, this example has been extensively restored and converted into a faithful tribute to the famous Porsche 911c Carrera RSR 2.8 driven by Dutch racing legend Gijs van Lennep to victory in the 1973 Targa Florio.
The car features the iconic wide body RSR appearance, with steel rear wheel arch extensions and lightweight composite front fenders. Both the front bonnet and rear engine lid are manufactured from lightweight composite material.
Finished in the correct silver exterior with red bumpers and the distinctive Martini inspired livery of Gijs van Lennep’s winning Targa Florio car, it is an exceptionally accurate recreation.
Inside, the stripped and competition focused cockpit is fitted with two Atech Racing Hi Line North bucket seats with Atech racing harnesses, an Atech steering wheel with QSP quick release system, a full roll cage reportedly built to FIA Appendix J specifications, and a Tuthill pedal box.
The car rides on extra wide 15 inch RSR style alloy wheels fitted with Pirelli P7 Corsa tyres. A brand new spare set of Pirelli tyres is also included.
In addition to the enlarged 2.8 litre engine and Tuthill gearbox, the car is equipped with electric power steering, making it significantly easier to drive while retaining the classic Porsche character.
