ZF 5DS-25/2 gearbox that was pulled from a parted out car about 40 years ago. You can spin the shafts by hand, and shift in and out of gears... internals feel ok by hand (meaning you can turn the input shaft by hand and see the corresponding movement from the output shafts, and you can change gears, etc. Ratios are visible on the plate.
