Description
This Cosworth inline-four is a 2.0-liter YB-series engine that was acquired as a spare for my Chevron B8 race car. Features include a 16-valve cylinder head topped by a red valve cover, dual 48mm Weber carburetors, and twin overhead camshafts. A rebuild was carried out that included honing and surfacing the block, polishing the crankshaft, and replacing the cylinder head, bearings, and pistons. This Cosworth YB has not been run or installed in a vehicle since the rebuild.
